How this is calculated
Days left = sachets remaining ÷ sachets used per week × 7. Full-box duration uses 150 sachets. Results above one day are rounded down to whole days. Weekly use is assumed constant; the result is an estimate.

How many sachets are in a box?+
A full box contains 150 individually sealed 1g sachets. The Starter Pack contains 20.
Does this calculator change my subscription?+
No. Email hello@pranasalt.com if you need help with your subscription or delivery schedule. This calculator does not change your billing date.
Does a box have to last one month?+
No. It depends on how often you use it and how many people share it. A household using 35 sachets a week would use a box in 30 days. This is an example, not a suggested amount to use.
Is this a best-before calculator?+
No. It estimates when you will use your stock. Always check the best-before date and storage instructions on your packaging.
