How the Subscription Works

A subscription sends you a 150-sachet box each month. Choose monthly billing or pay for three months at a time.

Monthly plan

You pay €69 a month in the EU or £59 in the UK. The plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Three-month plan

You pay €177 in the EU or £147 in the UK every three months, covering three monthly boxes. This works out at €59 or £49 per month. The full three-month amount is charged at each renewal.

Deliveries

Each monthly delivery contains one 150-sachet box. Check your account for your next shipment date. See the Shipping Policy for delivery times and locations.

Cancel, pause or skip

You can manage your subscription through your account, or email hello@pranasalt.com from the address you used to order. Make changes before the next renewal is charged.

If a renewal has already been charged, contact us as soon as possible. The Refund Policy explains what happens before and after a shipment leaves the warehouse.

Payment

Renewals use the payment method saved with your subscription. Check your account for the billing date and to update your payment details.

Buying without a subscription

A one-time box costs €79 in the EU or £69 in the UK. You can choose a subscription on a later order if it suits you.
