Pranasalt is a flavour enhancer made from 95% Himalayan pink salt and 5% spices: chilli, fenugreek, mango powder, mustard, asafoetida and sesame. Each sachet contains roughly 1g and about 0.2 kcal. It contains mustard, wheat flour and sesame.

A retail box contains 150 sachets, with a total net weight of 150g. The Starter Pack contains 20 sachets.

At one sachet per meal, a 150-sachet box covers 150 meals. At two sachets per meal, it covers 75. How long that lasts depends on how often you use it.

Start with a little on your cooked food, taste it, and add more if you want. Take account of any salt already in the meal.

The ingredient list contains 95% Himalayan pink salt. The nutrition panel lists 92g of salt per 100g of the finished product. These are different label measurements. Pranasalt is not low in salt; use it in place of some of the salt and spices you would otherwise add.

The recipe combines Himalayan pink salt and six spices in a fixed ratio. It comes in individually sealed sachets of roughly 1g, so you can take a measured portion with you.

Yes. The blend contains no animal-derived ingredients and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It is not halal- or kosher-certified.

You receive a 150-sachet box each month for €69 in the EU or £59 in the UK. The plan renews monthly until you cancel.

You pay €177 in the EU or £147 in the UK every three months, covering three monthly boxes. That works out at €59 or £49 per month. The plan renews automatically every three months until you cancel.

Every box has a 30-day taste-it guarantee. Email hello@pranasalt.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery to request a refund, whether the box is opened or not. The guarantee is subject to the reasonable-discretion and anti-abuse terms in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
