Our packaging uses plastic sachets and a paperboard box. This page explains the materials and what to check before recycling them.
Sachet film: mono-PP from the first run
The sachet film on our first production run is a mono-PP film (polypropylene, recycle class 5). Each sachet carries the PP recycle class 5 mark. Check whether your local collection accepts small, flexible polypropylene packaging; the material code alone does not mean it can go in your recycling bin.
We selected mono-PP for the first production run and tested it with our film supplier and packing facility.
Outer carton
The 150-sachet retail box is paperboard, printed outside and inside. Check your local guidance for paperboard recycling.
Environmental claims
We have not completed a life-cycle assessment of this packaging and do not claim that it is carbon neutral. Material choices are only part of its environmental impact; collection and recycling options matter too.
