The problem

Healthy food has a reputation for tasting like nothing.

Grilled, steamed, plain - the healthy plate is often the dull one. Pranasalt brings the full six-taste spectrum to whatever you put it on, so eating well tastes like a treat, not a sacrifice.

How it works

The magic is the formula, not the parts.

Built on the Ayurvedic six-taste principle - salty, sour, sweet, bitter, pungent and astringent - measured and prepared exact and balanced in a single gram. That full spectrum is why a plain plate opens up and tastes like itself again. One sachet per meal, individually sealed, so the last tastes like the first.

The things people ask.

Is this a supplement or a health product?

No. Pranasalt is a seasoning - food, not a supplement. It does not change your calories, your appetite or your plan. It makes the food you already eat taste better. That is all it claims to do.

What is actually in it?

95% Himalayan pink salt and 5% spices: six Ayurvedic-inspired spices - Chili, Fenugreek, Mango Powder, Mustard, Asafoetida and Sesame - plus a little Wheat Flour as the carrier for the asafoetida. Nothing else.

How many calories?

About 0.2 kcal a sachet - each 1g sachet is 95% salt and 5% spices, roughly 370mg of sodium. A spoon of olive oil is ~120 kcal for comparison.

Where do I use it?

On anything plain: chicken, eggs, fish, rice, salads, soups, avocado, roasted veg. Especially the meals you would normally drown in sauce.

Are there allergens?

Yes - Mustard, Wheat Flour and Sesame. If any of these are a concern, please skip Pranasalt.
